on quality, location and price and you will not be pressured or
hassled by these companies. You will be free to make an informed
decision, without the feeling of being rushed.

NO HASSLE advice and introduction service, which is completely
FREE to the purchaser. I know the Island well, and understand
the pitfalls of buying property abroad and offer the following:
- Advice on good locations depending on
your requirements.
- Recommend a good friendly Bank, because
you will need to open a Cypriot Bank account.
- Recommend a good, reasonably priced Solicitor
(who speaks good English).
- Arrange inspection visit with accommodation
at reasonable cost.
- Arrange for you to be escorted by appropriate
Builder or Developer.
- Advise you on funding options for your
purchase.
- Introduce you to a UK based Independent
Financial Adviser who can arrange appropriate funding.
- Advice on utilities, local services and
title deeds after purchase.
